The menu is organized into bridal services, bridal trial sessions, bridesmaid and guest hair and makeup, makeup for events, photoshoots, prom and graduation, fitness competitions and stage work, and men's grooming. Hairstyling covers blow-outs, curls, Hollywood waves, a choice of styling, and clip-in extension application. Individual lashes and strip lashes are offered alongside facial massage. Production packages run for half or full days, and a full day up to 8 hours starts at $1,200.

Studio and on-location services are booked by appointment, seven days a week. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and clean, dry hair ready for styling. A $45 blow-dry fee applies if hair arrives wet. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period, after which a $25 late fee applies once they are 15 or more minutes late. Early morning fees apply to appointments before 7:30 AM, 6:30 AM and 5:30 AM, and appointments before 5:00 AM must be arranged by phone. On-location service adds $75, and the travel fee is set before booking. Gratuity is not included in production prices. Payment is by check, cash or credit card, with New York tax of 4.5% and a 3% service charge on credit card payments. Changes to contracted services can be made up to 4 weeks before the event. Day-of add-ons are accommodated if time allows, with contracted clients served first.

The business does not provide haircuts, silk presses or press and curl, and refers clients to outside NYC salons for those services.
