Hair services cover cuts and styling, blonding and lived-in color, extensions and frizz solutions. The spray tan menu includes custom airbrush tans in several solutions, along with add-ons and in-home sessions. Makeup ranges from lashes and eye makeup to full event looks, costume makeup and one-on-one or group lessons. The salon says it has been trusted by hundreds of brides across Hoboken, Jersey City and Hudson County, and it describes the client experience as luxury.

Bridal work is one of the salon's specialties. Bridal previews are held at either location about four months before the wedding and are sold separately from packages. Bridal dates are first come, first served, and a signed contract with a $300 non-refundable deposit secures the date and chosen artist. The salon recommends booking six to twelve months ahead, especially for spring and fall weddings. Services can be added after booking depending on team availability, and the final payment is due about two weeks before the wedding. Inquiries go by email so availability can be checked.

The team is made up of commission stylists and independent artists. Commission stylists receive education and mentorship, team support, marketing help, retail commission and a built-in salon structure. Independent artists set their own pricing and schedule, use their own booking system and color line, and have 24/7 access. Hiring includes an application, a review of about 48 to 72 hours, a salon visit, a shadow day and a technical skills interview. Ongoing education, both in the salon and outside it, covers current trends and techniques.
