Savanna has been working behind the chair since 2016 and runs the studio herself. The business is built around listening to each client and shaping every appointment around their lifestyle, how much upkeep they want to do, and the look they are after.

The color menu starts with Roots to Ends, a single-process color for clients who want to drop blonding or return to their natural shade. Sunkiss adds soft, natural-looking highlights around the face and refreshes existing color in about two hours. Signature maintains dimensional color with blended highlights or lowlights over roughly three hours, and Evolve is reserved for major changes or overhauls, which may take several sessions depending on prior color or damage.

Gloss and Blowout is a shorter refresh that adds shine or neutralizes unwanted tones, and a haircut can be booked alone or paired with a gloss or toner in a single 1.5-hour visit. New clients complete a consultation form before booking, and the studio replies within three to four business days. Booking is by online request, which Savanna accepts before the appointment is confirmed. The studio recommends booking at least three months ahead for a set day or an event.

Practical details: hours are 9am to 4pm by appointment only, and parking is metered street parking downtown with no free lot. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours' notice, given directly to Savanna by email, Instagram, or phone. Shorter-notice changes may be charged up to half the service to the card on file, and no-call no-shows up to the full service. Services and deposits are non-refundable, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have the service shortened or the appointment moved. Cash is preferred, and major credit and debit cards are also accepted.
