Cuts and color are designed around the individual client. Walk-ins are welcome, though the salon suggests calling ahead for availability, and appointments can be booked online or by phone. A complimentary consultation can also be arranged by phone, and an online matchmaking quiz helps clients find a suitable stylist. Haircut prices include consultation, cleansing and styling. Customized color is billed by the hour plus product cost. The salon is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, with shorter Thursday hours, and is closed Sunday and Monday.

Beyond haircuts and color, the salon offers Olaplex and K18 treatments as add-ons or stand-alone services, Goldwell Kerasilk keratin smoothing after consultation, Hot Heads tape-in extensions priced after consultation, and special event styling. It also offers Gloss and Go, a lower-cost color gloss, and money piece highlights. Stylists accept models for advanced cuts, color and texture work at reduced prices.

Booking policies: stylists need at least 24 hours notice to cancel, and new chemical service appointments require a $50 non-refundable, non-transferable retainer paid at booking. Payment is due at completion by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or debit, and checks are accepted with ID. Credit card payments carry a 2.9 percent surcharge, while cash, debit and checks do not. American Express is not accepted.
