PAIGECOLORCUT works out of Suite 203B at 4001 N. Ravenswood Ave in Chicago, with hair services and tarot and astrology readings offered under one roof. Visits are by appointment only, Tuesday through Saturday.

Services are priced by time, and clients are asked to read the service descriptions before booking. Requests to change an appointment need 24 to 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged a small portion of the service price, and a no-show without notice may be charged up to half the booked price. After a first cancellation within 48 hours, further cancellations or no-shows in that window may also be charged. Clients expecting to be more than 10 to 15 minutes late are asked to call the salon as soon as possible. The studio may ask a client to work with a different provider if the environment does not feel respectful.

Service prices already include a gratuity, and tipping is not accepted or requested.

The website has a blog, including a Tarot 101 post on the history of tarot. The contact form asks whether a person is interested in hair, tarot, community or advocacy work, or general contact.
