The building holds six private beauty suites, four hair booths and a walk-up coffee and tea bar called The Selene. The Selene is open to neighbors as well as clients of the businesses inside. The hair salon has four chairs and is owned by Kyley Caperoon, who rents additional chairs to other hair stylists.

Each business in the building has its own owner or operator, so bookings go directly to the professional doing the work. Services span spa facials, massage therapy, lash extensions and lash lifts and tints, microblading, brow lamination and brow waxing, spray tanning, nails and hair. Permanent powdered and ombre brows are offered at Andree Brows Studio on the first floor.
