New patients can start with a free 15-minute call with the patient coordinator, which is not a medical visit, and no referral is needed. The first visit with a provider runs 90 minutes and is booked after that call if the patient wants to go ahead. Follow-up visits are scheduled once lab or diagnostic results are back, and the care team checks in weekly during the first month and every two weeks through the first 90 days. Telehealth is available for follow-ups that do not require a physical exam, though the first visit is recommended in person. Portal messages get replies within one to two business days, and urgent matters during office hours go by phone.

The practice does not bill insurance directly. It provides a claim form and a superbill after each visit so patients can seek out-of-network reimbursement, which is not guaranteed. Labs, diagnostics and many medications can often run through insurance, and HSA or FSA funds can cover medical visits, labs and treatment with itemized receipts provided. Aesthetic services are not HSA or FSA eligible. Payment is due at the time of service. A card on file is required to hold appointments, and changes made with less than three business days' notice or missed visits are charged 50 percent of the visit fee.

Patients who already see a primary care doctor or specialist do not need to leave them to come here, since the practice works alongside existing providers.
