The practice does not use a one-solution approach. Each client starts with a facial analysis using Canfield's VISIA system and a consultation, and the team builds a personalized treatment plan from there. A consultation is held with every patient before Botox, Dysport or other injectables are given. Licensed health care providers perform medical procedures, while non-medical treatments such as HydraFacial are performed by aestheticians. Free consultations are offered.

Facial Membership is a monthly program at $199 that includes one medical-grade facial each month, chosen from HydraFacial MD Signature, Obagi Skintrinsiq, iS Clinical Fire and Ice, SkinCeuticals Peels, or the practice's own Signature Facial. After a three-month commitment it continues month to month, and cancellation requires 30 days notice. The first payment is charged at sign-up and then monthly on the 5th or a date the member picks. Unused treatments roll over and do not expire, even after cancellation. Members also get 10% off add-ons and other services and products, excluding package pricing.

According to the site, Botox effects typically last three to four months, and patients often return three to four times a year. Body and weight-loss options include EMSculpt, which the site describes as an FDA-approved, non-invasive treatment that uses high intensity focused electromagnetic technology on the glutes, arms, legs and abdomen, with sessions averaging about 30 minutes. CoolSculpting Elite uses cryolipolysis to reduce pinchable fat and is not presented as a weight-loss solution for obesity. Semaglutide shots are also offered, with the site describing the typical candidate as having a BMI of 30 or higher, or 27 or higher with a weight-related condition such as high blood pressure.

Booking is straightforward. A credit card is not required to book, unless the client bought a Groupon for a facial. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours notice to avoid a $100 fee, and that fee must be paid before a future appointment can be booked. New patients can download intake forms and bring them completed to the visit. Payment plans are offered through Cherry, a third-party buy now, pay later company, which the site describes as having no hard credit checks, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility and interest-bearing plans starting at 5.99% APR.
