About

Neil Spiegel, DO, MBA, is the founder of the Osteopathic Center for Healing and has practiced in Rockville since 1991, with about 35 years of practice. He is a fully licensed osteopathic physician and a board certified specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and he holds board certification in Anti-Aging, Regenerative and Functional Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, holds a diplomate from the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine, and holds EMG and nerve conduction certification. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine, where he teaches future physicians.

His work centers on pain, nerve problems and injuries, including intricate cases spanning joints, nerves, inflammation and whole-body health. He uses osteopathic manipulation alongside prolotherapy, perineural injection therapy and nerve hydrodissection, and he offers ultrasound-guided PRP, BMAC and adipose therapy for joint and tendon injuries. Conditions he treats include knee and hip arthritis, meniscal tears, rotator cuff tears, carpal tunnel, sciatica and plantar fasciitis. He sees many patients who were told surgery was their only remaining option, and he checks for the source of pain with in-office ultrasound and nerve testing before deciding on treatment.

He also practices functional medicine connected to pain, inflammation, nerves and regenerative care, working with Jennifer Gularson on hormones, gut health, thyroid, nutrients and inflammation together. His functional care covers bioidentical hormone therapy, peptides, GLP-1 therapy, IV therapy, and digestive health, Lyme, mold illness, autoimmune conditions and long COVID. He offers Botox for migraine and other chronic pain. He has been featured on the Inside Personal Growth Podcast and the Revealing Genius Podcast.
