The treatment philosophy draws on Japanese beauty culture and favors natural harmony over exaggeration. The practice aims for conservative dosing and the smallest intervention that achieves the goal. Every medical procedure is performed by, or under direct supervision of, a board-certified medical professional, and team members are trained on the conservative-first protocols before they treat clients.

The first visit is a complimentary consultation, which can be booked for 20 minutes, and ends with a written treatment plan. Treatment can be booked the same day or at a later date. List prices are shown before booking, and the business says no treatment price changes once numbing has started. Medical procedures require signed informed consent, which can be completed digitally after booking or at check-in.
