Hair services cover women's, men's, children's and curly hair cuts, along with single process and double process color, Demi Gloss and fashion tone. Highlighting includes custom and classic highlights, balayage and Air Touch. Texture treatments include keratin options such as Keratin Complex and Lasio, Goldwell Kerasilk and Lasio Folicle Filler. Lash services range from classic and wet sets to volume, mega volume, doll eye, hybrid cat eye, cluster and quick strip styles.
A private spa suite is operated by L'Zur Day Spa and offers facials, body contouring, permanent makeup and in-house event makeup. A beauty bar space can be reserved for bridal and hair parties, with a limit of eight guests. Bridal party inquiries are handled through a contact form.
Stylists are booked by choosing a stylist on the Stylists page and selecting Book Now. Pricing is set by each stylist, and exact prices come from a complimentary in-salon consultation. A credit card must be kept on file when booking, and no deposit is needed for standard appointments, though deposits apply to lengthy services such as hair extensions and bridal parties. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged the full service, and rescheduling on short notice is charged half. Refunds are not offered for services or products, though faulty products or tools can be exchanged within 30 days. Payment can be made by card, cash or check. Free parking is in the lot behind the salon on Marshall Street, with access to the back door.
The salon is open Wednesday through Saturday, with Monday, Tuesday and Sunday by appointment only. Clients are asked to avoid phone calls in the salon, though texting is fine. Children should only be in the salon if they are being serviced or are supervised, and pets are not permitted apart from service animals.
The salon describes its approach as sustainable beauty that balances nature and chemistry.
