Every injectable, laser and energy device is performed by, or under direct supervision of, a board-certified medical professional. The medical director oversees every medical procedure and reviews protocols. The practice does not perform surgery, permanent fillers or thread lifts, and it refers clients to other providers for procedures it considers beyond what a med spa should offer. Medical aesthetic procedures require a signed consent form, and the business states it cannot guarantee specific results.

New clients can book online and start with a complimentary 20-minute consultation, which the business describes as led by a board-certified provider. The consultation ends with a written recommendation covering what to treat now, what to wait on and the cost. Same-day treatments booked after a consultation are charged at standard menu pricing, and prices are listed on the public menu before booking.
