Brow and lash work runs from a simple brow tint to a brow wax with tint, a lash lift with tint, and a combined brow tint and lamination. A brow consultation and eyelash removal are also offered. Color options range from single-process color to partial and full foil, with ombre and balayage at the top of the list, and several women's color prices include a haircut. Women's haircuts are priced by length, with an above-the-shoulder cut including a wash and blow dry, and a dry cut without shampoo is also offered.

Facials include a customized spa facial with steam and massage using custom-blended products, a dermaplaning facial, a deluxe facial with skin analysis and a massage of the face, neck, shoulders and feet, a microdermabrasion facial, and microneedling. A conditioning treatment is also available. Massage is offered in 60, 90 and 120-minute sessions, all combining several techniques, and a 120-minute manual lymphatic drainage session is listed separately. Waxing covers brows, chin, lip, face, bikini and Brazilian areas.

Booking is by phone or through the online booking page. Cancellations and changes need 48 hours' notice; shorter notice is charged at 50% of the reserved service plus a rebooking fee equal to the missed service. A delayed arrival of 15 minutes or more that prevents services is treated as a cancellation. Deposits are required for some appointments, and clients receive text confirmations on the day they book and two days before. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Children are only allowed in the salon and spa when they are being serviced. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
