The menu is organized into four groups: color, cuts, styling and treatments. Color is the largest, covering toner, gloss and melt, retouches, dimensional custom color, bleach and tone, color transformation, color correction and a color consultation. Haircuts are offered in long and short lengths, styling includes a shampoo and blowdry and a shampoo and style designed for natural hair, and treatments include a custom hair or scalp treatment, Olaplex, keratin and permanent texture.

Prices are listed as starting points. Several color services, including partial and all over dimensional color, bleach and tone, color transformation and color correction, are charged by the hour, and the color transformation price applies to virgin hair only. Estimated appointment lengths are listed for each service. Clients who are not sure which service fits their hair or how much time to set aside are asked to text the salon before booking rather than email.

Booking requires a credit card to reserve any appointment. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice by phone. Cancellations made with less notice, no-shows and arrivals 10 minutes or more after the start time may be charged the full booked value, and late arrivals may be asked to reschedule. Service concerns must be raised within two days of the appointment, when the client returns to the salon for inspection. Adjustments are made at no cost by rescheduling within 10 days of the original service, except for bond builders, keratin and permanent texture, which cannot be adjusted. No refunds are issued on services, and the salon does not replace clothing or items damaged during a visit. Inspiration photos are used as a reference only, and the salon cannot guarantee a result will match them.
