New clients can book a longer New Client Haircut that includes a blow-dry and extra consulting time.

Several policies apply. Adjustments are free within two weeks of the original appointment. Refund requests need an in-person assessment with the stylist within two weeks of the service, and refunds are not given for adjustments done at another salon or when the client cannot come in. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, and color deposits can be applied to a rescheduled visit. Cancelling without notice or not showing up results in a charge of 50% of the service to the card on file. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean scheduled services cannot be provided. Full blonding requires a $100 deposit.
