Color is the core of the menu. All over color covers the entire head from $145. Dimensional color, from $235, can include traditional highlighting, creative foiling, freehand balayage and ombre. All over and dimensional together start at $255, with color across the root area and dimensional work from mid-strand to the ends. Partial color covers the top and sides, and full color covers the whole head. Bleach and tone, from $255, is a root touch-up for all-over platinum or very light blondes and is also used as preliminary work before vivid color. Custom color projects, priced by consultation, cover dramatic changes, multiple colors, creative techniques and corrective work. Color prices are all-inclusive and may include extra color, toner, gloss, bond builder or treatments the stylist considers necessary.

Toner or gloss, from $50, can change tonality, brighten a color or add shine, and can be added to a color or a cut. Vivid colors such as pinks, blues, purples and greens start at $50. The flash treatment costs $20 to $30 and takes about 60 seconds. The rejuvenating and prescriptive treatments cost $30 and $40 and both include an extended scalp massage and a hot towel. A $20 instant treatment add-on can be booked through the contact form.

Online booking is available, and new clients choose the New Clients option when booking. A credit card on file is required. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service, and a missed appointment without a call or email is charged the full service. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may have their appointment rescheduled. A 3% service fee is added to all services and goes directly to employee health care. Tips can be paid by Venmo, Zelle or cash, or added to the card at checkout. Gift cards come in any denomination and can be used for services or hair products. Gift cards and Fab Pro Custom Colour Conditioners are non-refundable.

The salon is hiring support staff, apprentice stylists and stylists. Its apprentice program is self-paced and depends on starting experience and how consistently apprentices bring in models. The owners teach a weekly class and model days, and experienced staff lead in-salon continuing education. Stylists work flexible four- to five-day schedules with morning and evening shifts.

Built on the idea that good hair should not be hard work for clients, combining technical precision and attention to detail with individuality and an understanding of how hair behaves.
