The salon's booking page describes it as an Eastern European beauty salon. Nails are a large part of the menu, with European-style manicures and pedicures done using E-File Russian and Ukrainian techniques. Options range from classic and gel manicures to SMART pedicures, Gel-X and poly gel extensions, and airbrush, French, chrome and ombre add-ons. Lash services include classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume extensions, refills, lash lifts and tinting.

Hair extensions are made from super premium human hair, and the salon also lists hair treatments and body contouring among its services. Gift cards can be bought online and sent to someone else. Prices are subject to change. Clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and a fee may apply without notice otherwise.

The salon also runs nail technician training. A five-day comprehensive E-File Russian Gel Manicure course costs $2,000 and covers theory, sanitation, gel application, nail repair, gel removal, design and E-File pedicure technique. A one-day E-File SMART Pedicure course is included, and a two-day poly gel extension add-on costs $600 and must be added to the main course. Classes run twice a month with two students each. A $500 deposit and a $60 nail handbook are required. Training includes hands-on work with a trainer, with models and materials provided at no added cost, and the salon mentions possible employment after completion.

Manicures and pedicures use E-File Russian and Ukrainian techniques. The salon says it uses top-quality products and keeps up with current trends.
