The lash lift uses YUMI products, which the brand says are developed in Switzerland and are non-toxic, hypoallergenic, paraben-free and formaldehyde-free. It is offered in a Classic or Korean method, and the Korean method is the newer option. Lifts typically last 8 to 12 weeks and need no special upkeep, though lashes should stay dry for 48 hours afterward.

Lash extension sets are customized in length, and a free touch-up is included with a full set. Mini sets are available to clients who had a lash lift within the past three weeks. Touch-ups are offered as a 2-week visit, a 60-minute regular touch-up, a 90-minute fill, or in prepaid packages of six or twelve. Brow lamination, which comes in basic, tinted, waxed and full versions, lasts 6 to 8 weeks.

A free 15-minute consultation is offered, and clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup. New clients pay a non-refundable $50 prepayment that goes toward the service, and a credit card on file is needed to book future appointments. Plan for about 2 hours for a first lash lift and 2.5 hours for a first lash extension appointment.
