Bookings can be started through an online questionnaire that covers cutting and styling, color, nails, and waxing, or made by phone. Cutting, styling, and color consultations are complimentary. If a client would prefer a different stylist, the front desk can match them with someone suited to their needs. A Kerastase Fusio Dose in-salon treatment can be added to a haircut or color appointment. Kerastase, R+Co, and Milbon products can be purchased through online links, and part of those sales supports the salon.

Appointments are secured with a credit card on file. The salon asks for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations and changes, and charges a $50 fee per appointment for shorter notice or a no-show. If a same-day cancellation or no-show happens again, the card is charged 50% of the services booked for that day. Clients receive text or email reminders 48 hours ahead, and the salon phones two business days before. Arriving 15 minutes or more late may mean a client cannot receive their full service.

The salon guarantees its work, and clients who are unhappy are asked to get in touch within seven days of the service. Retail products, including Kerastase and L'Oreal Professionel, can be exchanged or fully refunded if the client is dissatisfied. Gratuities are accepted in cash or by check; checks are made out to the individual stylist and handed in at the front desk. The salon keeps client files for color formulation and service history.
