Facial treatments range from Dermalogica and LED light facials to fruit-peel facials in chocolate, citrus, pumpkin and glycolic versions, plus teen and back facials. Customized facials and acne facials include deep cleansing and extraction of whiteheads and blackheads. A typical facial starts with a double cleanse with steam, then exfoliation, extractions after a skin analysis, massage of the face and upper body, a mask and hydration. Facial add-ons include Celluma LED light, topical CBD and Eco-Fin paraffin moisture treatment.

Nail services include classic, gel and spa manicures and pedicures, seasonal options, nail art, gel removal, fiberglass silk wrap nail repair and a children's manicure and pedicure for ages 13 and under. Cuticles are not cut, and nippers are used only to clip hangnails and dead skin. Razor blades are not used during pedicures, which the spa notes is because Washington state law prohibits nail technicians from using them. The spa recommends manicures every one to two weeks and pedicures every two to four weeks.

Sugaring is made from sugar, lemon and water, with a fresh ball of sugar paste used for each client. Sugaring covers the face, body and men's areas, and the spa says it is less painful than waxing because the paste does not stick to live skin. Sugaring is done before a facial on the same day, and sugared areas are avoided during exfoliation. Clients taking Accutane are not offered sugaring, and those using Retin-A, Renova, Tazorac or Differin are advised to wait after stopping. Men's services are open to all clients.

Booking is by appointment, with last-minute bookings accommodated when possible. Text is the quickest way to reach the spa, and a credit card is held on every appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice, and a cancellation or no-show fee applies to visits not moved in time, except for services under $40. Gift cards are sold and are final, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000.

Services are given one client at a time with a strict hygiene process, using autoclave-sterilized implements, single-use files and bowls that are cleaned between every nail client. The spa offers a free consultation before booking.

The spa describes itself as quiet and comfortable, with medical-grade air purifiers in each room.
