The eyelash menu covers a semi-permanent lash lift, a lift with tint, and classic, volume, wispy and mega extensions, each offered as a new set or a refill. Classic extensions add roughly twice natural density and are the option the salon suggests for beginners and for corporate settings. Volume and mega sets add up to six times natural density and need more upkeep to keep lashes clean. Wispy sets use handmade fans of two to six lashes placed in alternating lengths. Refills are recommended every two to three weeks and require that at least 40% of the lashes remain. Clients can bring a favorite pair of falsies to a consultation so a technician can replicate them.

The nail menu includes acrylic, liquid gel, dip powder and sculpture enhancements, with color, ombre and French finishes available on many of them. Acrylic and liquid and powder enhancements are built with a brush, then shaped and finished with polish. Dip enhancements use a resin base and acrylic powder with no liquid monomer, have a low odor, and can be soaked off with acetone. Longer or specially shaped nails are priced by length, starting at $5 more, and add-ons such as shape, design or repair carry extra charges.

The pedicure menu runs from a 30-minute balance treatment to a 70-minute detox pedicure, with named options in between. The Volcano pedicure is a four-step sequence of sea salt soak, sugar scrub, mud masque and massage cream, packaged per treatment. Pedicure chairs use a disposable waterjet system, and the salon uses new basin liners, files, buffers and pumice stone for each client. Gel polish can be added to a pedicure for an additional $20. The salon states that its manicure and pedicure products are organic-based, and the Volcano products are described as vegan, cruelty-free and paraben-free. The salon says it was the first in the Midtown area to introduce disposable waterjet pedicure chairs, and it describes itself as one of the best nail salons in Miami with a focus on quality over quantity.

The salon says it aims to keep up with new trends in nail and beauty and that its technicians are trained on current technology and are licensed.
