Classic sets put one extension on each natural lash, hybrid sets mix classic and volume styles, volume sets use two or more fans on each natural lash, and mega volume sets use six to sixteen extensions per fan. A wet set is also offered. Full sets take between 1 hour 30 minutes and 2 hours depending on style, and refills take about an hour. A lash lift curls natural lashes without extensions. Because each person's eye shape and natural lash count differ, the finished look varies from client to client.

Refills depend on how many natural lashes remain: at least half must be left, and with less than half a full set is needed. Refills over lashes applied elsewhere carry a small fee, and clients book the refill and add a note on the appointment saying it is a refill over another provider's work. A removal service can be added to take off existing lashes first, and a lash bath is a paid add-on to any lash service.

Brow services include a 30-minute appointment covering a consultation, trim, wax, tweeze and product fill-in, and a 30-minute brow lamination. Clients are asked to avoid strong acidic skin products and retinol for one to two weeks before a brow visit. Facials run from a 30-minute Mini Facial without extractions to hour-long treatments. The Super Glow Facial includes a brightening peel, extractions, a High Frequency wand and light therapy. The HydraLux Facial is a multi-step, non-invasive treatment covering cleansing, exfoliation, hydration and antioxidant protection. Dermaplaning includes exfoliation, extractions, a mask and LED light.

Before a lash appointment, clients should arrive without makeup, facial oil, strip glue or mascara on their lashes. Extra guests and animals are not allowed. Appointments are canceled if a client is more than 20 minutes late, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged full price. The Glow Facial Membership costs $159 a month, bills by auto pay, and includes two facials a month at member pricing. It carries a three-month minimum commitment, facials do not roll over, and a 48-hour cancellation policy applies.

Lash sets are shaped to each client's eye shape and natural lash count, so results are not identical from person to person.
