Parking is available nearby, and many regular clients are Midtown neighbors who keep standing appointments.

The menu covers eyelash extensions in classic, hybrid and volume styles, along with lash lifts, a Korean lash lift, and brow lamination. Classic, hybrid and volume extensions are applied one lash at a time, while volume sets fan several ultra-fine extensions onto each natural lash. The studio describes the Korean lash lift as its signature service and the hybrid set as its most popular. Lash lift and tint results last about six to eight weeks with no fills needed, and extension fills are recommended every two to three weeks. Brow lamination results last about six to eight weeks, and the studio's blog notes it can last up to six weeks with proper aftercare.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the service cost. A reschedule or cancellation made 24 or more hours ahead lets the deposit move to the new appointment. Later cancellations are charged the full service price, as are no-shows. Clients have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, and those arriving later may need to rebook at full price.

Each set is custom-mapped to the client's eye shape and natural lashes, and the studio focuses on keeping clients' natural lashes healthy.
