The studio says its team brings skill, precision and care to every service. The lash menu is built around Mini and Omni extension styles, each available in Classic, Hybrid and Volume looks. A Mini Classic full set uses one extension per natural lash, roughly 70 per eye, for a light, natural result the studio likens to a single coat of mascara.

Fill timing depends on the style. A 1-week Mini Fill is a one-hour visit, a 2-week Mini Classic fill takes about 30 minutes and replaces missing extensions while adding new ones, and a 3-week Mini Classic fill takes about 45 minutes and needs a full set after 22 days.

Beyond extensions, the studio offers Mega Volume, Wet Look Lashes and Manga Anime sets. Clients who already have lashes from another studio can book outside fills, which carry an extra fee. Brow services include a Hybrid Ombre Eyebrow Tint and Brow Lamination, and the studio sells lash products, including premium false lashes that it describes as lightweight and long-lasting.

Booking requires a $20 deposit for each appointment for new and returning clients, submitted within two hours of requesting a time and applied to the service total at checkout. A valid credit card is needed to place the deposit. Each client may hold one booking at a time, and full payment is required after a single no-show. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, who signs a waiver before the application. The free three-day touch-up warranty covers excessive lash fallout when aftercare is followed, but not styling changes, and wearing eye makeup before or after the appointment voids it.
