Consultations are offered for skin concerns and ingrown hair, in express, ingrown hair, advanced and detailed versions. Each one includes a complimentary product, such as a scrub, a hair growth oil or a body butter, depending on the consultation chosen. Facials are also offered alongside the waxing menu.
Several wax services are sold as packages, many on a buy 5 get 1 free basis, and existing package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the services page. New clients pay a deposit to book, ranging from $5 to $30 depending on the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
Booking policies are straightforward: rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice carries no fee, while no-shows and cancellations are charged 50 percent of the service. Clients have a 7-minute grace period, and arriving 7 or more minutes late counts as a cancellation.
