The team brings together professionals with different specialties, experience levels, personalities and price points, so clients can match with someone for the service they want. Entry-level Associate Stylist and Esthetician roles are open to graduates or people with under a year of experience, and the Associate Program pays associates during training and provides one-on-one mentorship.
Booking can be done online or by phone through the Phorest platform by choosing a service, a provider and a time. Consultations are complimentary, and prices can vary between providers. Gift certificates are sold, and a salon newsletter covers news, beauty tips, new services and offers.
Hair services cover dry-only bang trims, clipper barber cuts, scissor precision cuts and mid-length and long-hair cuts, along with all-over color, root touch-ups, gloss and toner, partial and full highlights, modern blonding that may include balayage, and vivid color overlays that require a consultation first. Keratin options include an express blowout that lasts three to six weeks with home care and a natural smoothing treatment that lasts three to six months and is not a straightening treatment. Deep conditioning, customized add-on treatments and formal updos are also available.
Beyond hair, the spa offers facials from a mini refresh to a deluxe dermaplane facial, plus customized peels or exfoliating facials that may use alpha hydroxy acids or enzymes, microdermabrasion and a European relax and renew facial. Nail services include spa manicures and pedicures, gel polish, acrylic sets and fills, and powder dip nails. Waxing covers the face, underarms, bikini, body and legs, and sugaring is offered for face and body. Brow tinting and shaping, permanent makeup, eyelash extensions and eyelash lifts round out the menu, and massage options include Swedish, hot stone and aromatherapy with customized essential oil add-ons.
