It is not offered to clients with hair extensions installed, or to clients who have recently had a Brazilian blowout, chemical relaxer, perm or keratin treatment until four weeks after the last chemical service. Clients with color-treated hair can book 14 days after their last color treatment. It is also not offered during the first trimester of pregnancy.
