Each extension is placed onto one natural lash at a time and bonded with a cyanoacrylate adhesive. The extensions are single synthetic polyester fibers shaped like thread, and they come in a range of lengths and thicknesses.

Fill timing runs from the service date: a one-week fill is booked around day nine, two weeks around day sixteen, three weeks around day twenty-three, and four weeks at twenty-four days or later. If more than 75 percent of a client's natural lashes have been lost, the visit is booked as a full set instead of a fill.

Clients are asked to arrive ten minutes early, and anyone more than ten minutes late has their appointment rescheduled. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice or a deposit is required at the next visit, and refunds are not offered. Clients should come without mascara or liquid eyeliner, though removal can be done on site for a small fee. Lashes should stay dry for at least 48 hours after service, oil-based cleansers and moisturizers should be kept away from the eye area, and extensions should not be permed, tinted or curled. A makeup sponge is recommended over cotton swabs for removing makeup. Facial and spray tanning can be scheduled 72 hours before or after a lash appointment.

Lash lift services are offered at the Garland location: a lash lift on its own, a lift and tint combination, and a lash lift and tint combination.

Each extension is placed individually onto a natural lash and bonded with cyanoacrylate adhesive, in a range of lengths and thicknesses.
