About

Phenix Salon Suites Willow Bend rents private suites to independent beauty and wellness professionals in Plano. The business says it was founded by a family with more than 85 years of experience in the salon industry, and it describes its renters as people to be looked after as part of a community rather than as tenants.

Suites are rented to a range of lifestyle professionals: hairdressers, makeup artists, facialists, lash technicians, personal stylists, tattoo artists, barbers, wax technicians, nail artists, and smile experts. Each suite comes equipped with what a renter needs to open for business, and rentals run month to month.

Lease payments cover all utilities and overhead except the renter's own phone. The business states that its rates are low so renters can keep their costs down. Renters may sell products in their suite and set their own mark-up. Complimentary business education is offered to suite renters, and maternity leave is listed among the renter benefits.

Prospective renters can arrange a private site tour by request, and inquiries receive a response within 24 hours. The business also lists sales and leasing contact details by phone and email.

The business presents itself as a supportive landlord that treats its renters as partners, with a focus on an upscale, calm setting and low overhead.

Suites feature water features, layered lighting, an upscale finish, and several seating areas.
