Lash & Soul

Lash & Soul was founded in 2017 by Jessica René Fountain. It operates as a beauty and wellness studio with its work centered on lashes and brows, and it describes itself as a lash, brow and wellness destination in Plano.

The studio is in Suite #116, Room 115, inside Phenix Willowbend Salons, at the southwest corner of North Dallas Parkway and Parker Road. Tom Thumb and Play Street Museum are nearby landmarks.

Lash services include full-set extensions, which the studio estimates take about 1.5 to 2 hours, and refill maintenance, estimated at 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. Lash lifts take about an hour. Brow and lash tinting is also offered, along with threading, which the studio estimates at 15 to 30 minutes, and waxing, including facial waxing.

New and returning clients complete an online intake form before their first visit. Bookings can be cancelled through the online appointment link or by text. The studio asks for 24 hours' notice: deposits are refunded for cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead, while later cancellations forfeit the prepaid deposit, and same-day cancellations are charged the full service payment before rebooking. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the service cannot be performed. Only digital payments are accepted, including cards and card-on-file charges.

Lash & Soul also runs wellness programs, scholarships and networking events for the community.
