The menu centers on blowouts, which come in Beach Waves, Straight, Classic, Classic with Volume, Curled and Natural styles, with an XL option for longer or thicker hair. Blowout pricing includes a wash, conditioning and styling, and there is no extra charge for hot tools. Add-ons such as a restore hair mask, scalp massage, simple ponytail, braid or twist, clip-in extensions, root or grey hair camouflage and an elaborate braid or bun can be added to a blowout. Styling services cover updos and half-up or half-down looks, with or without a wash, plus princess versions for girls aged 10 and under.

Keratin smoothing is offered in three options: the Keratin Complex Smoothing System, which lasts up to six months and relaxes curls, a lighter Keratin Express Smoothing System that lasts up to three months and is described as formaldehyde-free, and a Protein Infusion Treatment with Booster. The salon explains that these treatments smooth hair and reduce frizz but do not permanently straighten it, and that hair returns to its natural texture when washed. Coarse and coily hair is not suited to keratin treatments, and damaged hair may not be a good candidate.

Hair extension services include tape-in, clip-in and The Band invisible extensions, along with removal and adjustments. Pricing includes the hair, installation and a blowout, and depends on hair length and quality. Makeup services include full face and eyes-only looks, princess makeup for ages 10 and under and lash application. Full face and eyes-only makeup include a complimentary set of false eyelashes.

Clients can book by phone, through the Mindbody app or online. Clients may request a consultation with their stylist to choose a style or a custom look. The salon also offers parties for bridal groups, birthdays, prom and homecoming, and house calls for special events including weddings, where weddings and events require contacting the salon for details and pricing. A complimentary beverage, alcoholic or nonalcoholic, is offered on arrival, and clients can use an iPad, watch TV movies or listen to a salon music mix while they wait.

The salon focuses on styling-only services and keeping its salons clean and its stylists on time. It presents keratin treatments as a way to smooth hair and cut frizz without permanent straightening.
