Off Code Men's Grooming Salon has two locations: the South Bay salon on Hawthorne Blvd. in Lawndale and the Culver City salon on Washington Blvd. The salon describes its barbers as trained in the latest techniques and styles, and describes grooming as a mark of distinction.

Every haircut begins with a consultation to plan a look suited to the client's features and lifestyle. The Haircut & Style + Shave / Beard Trim package runs about 75 minutes and covers the consultation, a hair wash with scalp massage, eye patches, a eucalyptus towel, a beard wash, a shave or beard trim, styling, and a facial product application. The Off Code Experience runs about 2 hours 15 minutes and adds an LED facial and a multistep skincare treatment with extractions and LED light therapy, and it includes a take-home Anthony starter kit. Bespoke skin, hair, and beard treatments are tailored to each client, and individual services are also available alongside the packages.

The lounge serves drinks, including craft drinks, beer, and sparkling mineral water, and every visit includes a complimentary beverage. Clients can watch shows, games, or films during their appointment. The salon sells grooming products through its shop, and it uses Anthony and STMNT products.

Members receive $10 off their first service when they join, along with first access to new grooming products and member-only discounts. Appointments can be booked on the website or through the Squire app. Changes or cancellations made at least 12 hours ahead are free, while changes within 12 hours carry a $30 fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late results in a $50 fee and a full cancellation, and no-shows without notice are charged the full cost of the service.
