Street parking is available on Washington Blvd. and the neighboring streets, and clients are asked not to park behind the building or in the alley. It is open Sunday 11am to 5pm, Monday 10am to 6pm, Tuesday 10am to 8pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 7pm, and Saturday 8am to 6pm.

The menu covers everyday practical looks as well as trend-focused cuts and styles for men and women. Men can book cuts, buzzcuts, clean ups, beard trims and a hot towel service, and creative cuts with lines and designs. For women there are haircuts, pixie cuts, curly styling, blowouts and hot tool styling, plus color ranging from single process and all-over color to highlights, mini highlights, balayage and hair painting, and toner. Brazilian blowouts and keratin treatments are also offered. Prices are starting prices and can change with hair length and thickness. Not every color service includes a full blow dry and style, so clients who want a specific finish should mention it when booking.

Most haircut appointments run 30 minutes. Consultations are in person only and cost 25.00 for a 30-minute appointment. Color corrections and creative colors require a deposit, and first-time clients may be asked for a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the total. Color appointments should start with dry hair. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be charged a fee, and cancellations need 24 hours notice. No-shows may be charged at the next visit. Silent appointments are available on request. The salon is not pet friendly, and only real service dogs are accommodated inside.
