The Los Angeles salon, Chaz Dean Studio, is at 6444 Fountain Ave. in Hollywood and can be reached at (323) 467-6444. It is open Tuesday and Saturday from 9AM to 5PM, and Wednesday to Friday from 11AM to 7PM. The studio describes itself as a calm retreat from everyday life.

The New York salon is at 59 Greenwich Ave. in Greenwich Village, and it is the company's newest salon. It is closed Sundays and Mondays, open Tuesday to Friday from 10AM to 7PM, and open Saturday from 10AM to 6PM. Appointments can be booked by calling (212) 524-3292 or by email. Booking with Chaz Dean himself requires calling the New York studio to inquire.

Pricing varies by stylist and is listed on each stylist's bio. Starting prices include Re-Moist at $50, toner at $60, blowouts and haircuts at $65, base color at $85, highlights and balayage at $100, and glossing at $125. Haircuts begin with a consultation and include a scalp massage with Cleansing Conditioners and a blowout.

The company reports winning seven QVC Beauty Awards in 2020 and says WEN was the top haircare brand on QVC in 2015. It also claims that well over 200 million bottles have been sold over the past ten years.

Built on natural oils, botanicals and extracts, the brand treats hair and skin care as one whole, and the salon was opened to bring that approach to healthy hair.
