Lash work is the core of the menu. Eyelash extensions come in four styles, Sweet Set, Lashes 3.0, Classic Lashes and Occhi Volume, and each is offered as a full set or a refill. Pricing depends on artist level, Junior, Senior or Master, and refills are timed by style, from every two to every four weeks. The lashes are lightweight and applied with a USA-made adhesive. Clients who would rather have a lift than extensions can book a keratin lash lift, which the studio offers as an alternative to lash perms and extensions and which lasts six to eight weeks. Lash tinting uses dark brown or charcoal and does not add length, curl or density. Corrective work gently removes damaging extensions, advises on caring for natural lashes and, where possible, applies a new set that will not harm natural lashes.

Brow services include tinting with a vegetable-based tint that lasts three to four weeks, along with shaping, waxing and tweezing. Threading is not offered. Permanent brows include microblading, where pigment is deposited manually with a pen to create hair-like strokes. Microblading results last about eight to twelve months, and the process begins with an initial visit of about 2.5 hours followed by a second procedure about 30 days later. Healing takes seven to ten days, and aftercare products are specified by the permanent makeup artist. Shadow brows give a soft, powdered effect made by machine, while ombre brows darken gradually toward the bottom and tail. A consultation is required before every permanent makeup procedure, and clients are not expected to book right after it. Brow correction covers growth serums and supplements, camouflage for sparse areas, and laser removal and color correction for old or poorly applied permanent makeup.

Skin and facial services are booked in roughly 1.5 hour sessions. The Occhi Signature Facial includes steam, an enzyme peel, extractions, an ampoule infusion, massage and a mask. Hydrafade Reveal, Cica Relief & Repair, and Dr. Babor Collagen Infusion round out the facial menu, and the luxury facials are offered as a collection of four treatments. A scalp facial with a scalp cleanse, steam, massage and treatment mask is also available. Lip Flush uses microneedling and deposits a special pigment to add a fuller-looking lip with a subtle color, with each session taking 15 to 20 minutes. Afterward the lips get a soothing hydrating mask and a take-home lip gloss. The studio says repeated sessions add more volume and color, and it encourages a consultation to confirm a client is a good candidate. Ear candling and Karna Purana are each $55, or $100 together, and skin tag and mole removal is offered after a consultation.

Occhi Hair Institute applies trichology, the study of hair and scalp conditions, to hair loss. The Tricotest consultation is a private, two-hour session that measures hair bulk to detect thinning. It reviews genetic history, health issues, medications, diet, hair habits and stress, and includes a scalp analysis and photos. Clients receive full documentation with pictures, analysis and recommendations, and Tricotest is booked by phone. Products are developed with Cesare Ragazzi Laboratories of Bologna, Italy. For sanitation, lash tools are cleaned in an ultrasonic surgical instrument cleaner after each use, heated to over 300 degrees, cooled and stored in sanitized pouches, and items that cannot be cleaned are discarded. The studio says this focus on sanitation sets it apart.

The studio's stated aim is to never do anything that may harm natural lashes or brows, and it puts a strong emphasis on sanitation. Its mission is to enhance each client's natural beauty.
