The blonding menu runs from a mini maintenance service that brightens around the face and part line, to a partial service for the face and crown, a foilayage that combines foils and balayage, and a full custom blonding that includes gloss or toner and styling. A soft, dimensional lived-in blonde is offered for seamless grow-out, and extra lightener or color bowls can be added for thicker or longer hair.

Extension services cover custom installs by one or two rows, move-ups that reposition extensions for the short term, and reinstalls that remove, refresh and put extensions back in. Custom extension color and bead maintenance are also available, with added rows and detailed work priced separately.

New color and extension clients need to book a consultation before scheduling. Clients are asked to arrive alone with clean, dry hair, and a valid card is held on file at booking without being charged. Cancellations with 24 hours' notice are requested; later cancellations and no-shows are charged a percentage of the service, and a late fee applies when arrival is 15 or more minutes late. Concerns about a service must be raised within three days for adjustments, and services are non-refundable.
