Blonding is a major part of the menu. Options range from a partial highlight on the top of the head, which takes about 2 hours, to lighter color throughout the hair, which takes about 2 hours 30 minutes and has its final plan settled at the appointment. Balayage and full highlights are also offered, with mini highlights available as an add-on. Toner or gloss, priced at $40, can refresh blonde between color appointments. Single process color and root touch-ups are offered for regrowth and general color. Major color changes or services not on the list can be requested by email for a digital consultation. Color correction is priced by the hour and must be booked after a consultation about the correction.

New guests can book packages built for a first visit. Sweet & Simple covers a root touch-up or a fresh cut or trim with a blowout, starting with a consultation and color matching. Just a Cut is a precision cut and blow-dry for $60 that takes 45 minutes and also begins with a consultation. A consultation on its own is free and takes 30 minutes.

Booking details: the salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Clients should arrive no more than 15 minutes late for a service to be completed. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the service, and a no-show is charged the full scheduled service. If Kaylan will be more than 5 minutes late, she will let the client know personally. Color correction requires 72 hours' notice to cancel.
