The Curly Lifestyle menu starts with Curl Revelation, a first-time curly cut and lesson of at least two hours that includes hydration and home care; the salon says many guests describe it as life-changing. Curl Blessing, from $175, reshapes or cuts for repeat clients who have already had a first lesson or cut with the salon. Curly Awakening, from $150, is a styling lesson at the hydration station for first-time clients or returning clients who want more instruction. Curly Style, from $85, is a pampering service for regular clients only.

Color services include Reflection, a root retouch for repeat clients starting at $98, and Inner-Reflection highlighting done by foiling or pintura in partial or full versions. Partial highlights are $175 and full highlights are $225. Creative Color is priced by consultation. Color services include cleansing and moisturizing, and a curly set can be added for $65, which is not included in the color price.

Trainee stylists offer several services at lower prices, working under the supervision of a senior stylist, and these appointments may take longer than usual. First-time bookings require a $100 deposit, which is credited toward the final service charge. The deposit is returned if a change or cancellation is requested at least 4 days ahead; otherwise it is kept as a cancellation fee. Changes or cancellations made with less than 4 days' notice also incur a $100 fee. If a service does not meet the client's expectations and needs adjusting, a redo is offered within two weeks at no extra charge. The salon does not issue refunds. Unopened products, or lightly used ones, can be exchanged for store credit only within 90 days of purchase. All accessories are final sale.

The salon is open Wednesdays from 10am to 6pm, Thursdays from 12pm to 8pm, and Fridays and Saturdays from 10am to 5pm, and is closed Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays.

Clients come in with their curls in their natural formation and fully detangled so the stylist can shape them, and a matchmaking survey pairs each guest with a stylist based on hair type, style, personality and care goals.
