Many services show a starting price with an estimated appointment length, so the time a visit takes is easy to plan. Color correction is charged by the hour, so its final price depends on the work. New clients are asked for a deposit on several of the larger services: $75 for a full balayage with haircut and color correction, and $50 for a full balayage with blow-dry, a full bleach out, or a bleach out with retouch and color. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, after approval before the appointment.

Policies are straightforward. A 25% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Children's haircuts are offered only to existing clients. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

The salon is open Wednesday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM. It is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday.
