Hair services cover cutting, styling, coloring, balayage, blonding and keratin treatments.

Clients are asked to arrive on time or a few minutes early, with a 10-minute grace period before a stylist may reschedule. Balayage, blonding, vivid colors and extensions may require a deposit or a card on file to book. Clients are encouraged to pre-book their next visit at the front desk. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, or 48 hours for services of two hours or more, and late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% to 100% of the service price depending on the service and stylist.

Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM, Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM, with the salon closed on Mondays. Clients are asked to call between 10 AM and 2 PM to schedule. An ATM is inside the salon. Visa, MasterCard, cash, and personal checks drawn on in-state banks are accepted. Tips cannot be added to credit cards; they are taken in cash or by check, and some stylists accept Venmo. Unsatisfactory products can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of purchase. Service concerns must be reported within one week, though no refunds are issued for services. Clients should tell their stylist about allergies, health conditions or medications that may affect a service, and are advised to wear the robe provided.
