Extensions are the core of the business. The salon specializes in Russian and Slavic hair across three ranges, European/Slavic, Russian and Virgin Russian, and says it has more than ten years of experience sourcing Russian hair. The hair is 100% human, colour matched by hand to the client's natural shade, texture and thickness, and the Virgin Russian range is raw hair that can be lightened with bleach.

A visit for extensions starts with a free consultation of about 20 minutes, which reviews hair history, health, colour, length and thickness and helps choose the method. Maintenance visits about every two months remove and reseal the bonds, wash, trim and refit the hair, and fitting and customization are priced as separate services.

Outside extensions, the menu includes keratin smoothing, highlights and balayage, and mini services such as partial touch-ups and tone and treat, which are for existing clients and follow timing rules. The salon says its hair service prices are starting points, adjusted for hair thickness and density.

Consultations come first: each extension plan considers hair health, colour, length and thickness, and colour matching is done by hand so the result suits each client.
