Every new client starts with a consultation. The free 30-minute consultation with Kelly begins with a booking link or text, then a conversation about goals and a personalized treatment plan. Clients receive an email with recommendations and then book a first appointment. A $50 deposit confirms bookings and is deducted from the total cost.

Opening hours are Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Mondays are by appointment only and Sundays are closed. Children and pets are not allowed, and each client may bring one guest. Outside food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Before and after photos are taken for records, and clients may opt out of having images used in advertising. Results vary by person and the studio does not guarantee results. Refunds are not offered once a procedure has been completed.
