Electrolysis is the practice's main service. According to the salon, it is the only hair removal method it considers genuinely permanent, and unlike laser, electrolysis is said to work regardless of skin type or hair colour. Single-use, disposable insulated needles are used, which the salon says lowers the chance of hyperpigmentation. Treatment is offered for delicate zones such as the areola, the stomach line and the bikini line, and for coarse, curly or wavy hair, deeper skin tones, hormonal imbalances or PCOS, across men, women and teenagers. Brazilian electrolysis costs 50% more than standard electrolysis rates.

Bookings can be made online or by phone. A complimentary electrolysis consultation is included, limited to one per client. Prices are listed as cash prices, with card payments costing slightly more, and payment is settled when the appointment takes place. Discover, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. To avoid fees, cancellations or changes must be reported at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals are billed from the originally booked start time, and the appointment is not extended. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian present to countersign the required forms.

Beyond electrolysis, the menu includes laser hair removal by area or full body, facials including deep pore cleansing, dermaplaning, HydraFacial-style and hydro dermabrasion treatments, Green Peel treatments, and brow lamination, brow and lash tinting, and lash lifts.

Electrolysis is the main focus, with single-use needles used for each treatment and a free consultation before the work begins.
