About
Kelly is the founder of NueVeil and works as its artist. She is a certified paramedical and cosmetic tattoo artist and is licensed. Her training includes Dermagrafix in Pennsylvania, Arch Envy in Maryland, and Nue Conceal along with other academies. Before that, she pursued schooling and beauty education in hair, skincare and cosmetics. Kelly stepped back from the corporate world and later built a beauty business after moving to the United States.
Kelly specializes in stretch mark and scar camouflage and a range of cosmetic tattoo treatments. She is one of the first Nue Conceal artists in the DMV area. She works with clients who want to feel more confident through camouflage and cosmetic tattoo work. Free consultations at NueVeil are scheduled with her.
