The menu is organized into cuts, color, styling and texture. Color work ranges from gloss and toner and single process color to partial and full dimensional blonding, with double process color for a combination of the two. Cutting options include clipper and short cuts, shoulder-length dry or wet cuts, and wash, cut and blow-dry. Texture services include a short hair relaxer, express keratin and a three-day keratin treatment, along with perms, which are quoted after consultation.

Color correction and extensions are offered by consultation only and are priced hourly. Other listed prices are starting minimums that depend on the stylist and the technique used, so the final cost can vary.

Free parking is available in the alley on the east side of the complex, on a first come, first served basis. If that lot is full, clients can park out front, enter through the lobby at 7255, and leave through the back. The salon asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, given by text or phone. A cancellation without that notice is charged 50% of the appointment value, which is added to the next service. This policy has been in effect since July 1, 2015.
