Novo Organic Skin Care

Novo Organic Skin Care was created by Felicia Lupu Hususan, a certified skin care specialist who came to the field after a period of working in the corporate world with a bachelor's degree in International Business. The studio is built around one client at a time, so each visit is private and focused entirely on the person in the chair.

Treatments are built on ocean flora and plant extracts, with the aim of bringing together mind, body and spirit. The studio's view is that nature provides strong ingredients, and it draws on plant-based skin care traditions that have been used for centuries.

Facials are customized to skin type and begin with a skin analysis, followed by massage of the neck, shoulders and scalp. Pricing is $70 for a 30-minute facial, $95 for 45 minutes and $115 for 60 minutes. Add-ons can be added to a facial, including a hydrating HydroJelly mask often used to finish a deep pore-cleansing treatment, a microcurrent and thermal eye treatment followed by the same mask, a skin-type-specific peel, and microdermabrasion with ultra fine crystals followed by a booster serum and mask.
