Visits usually begin with a complimentary consultation, which is free for every service and required for some. Chemical services may need a sensitivity test and a signed release form first. Treatments finish with a natural texture, and a stylist blow dry for a more tailored finish is an added fee. Haircuts with Amy Novachis start at $220 and blow dries with either Amy Novachis or Erika Katz start at $175. Prices reflect each hairdresser's education, experience and continuing training, and can vary with hair length and texture.

The studio follows classic Vidal Sassoon training methods and says it is committed to advanced training for its hairdressers. Product lines include INOA color, Wella Color, Cezanne keratin smoothing, Olaplex, Halocouture extensions, Sachajuan and Little Seed Farm. Gift certificates can be bought in the salon or online.

Booking requires a credit card or deposit. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or missed appointments are charged in full for all booked services.
