Erika Katz

Erika Katz is the salon manager at Novachis Salon and also works there as a stylist. Across more than 15 years in Chicago salons, her experience covers management, customer service, product sales and hands-on client work. Her career started as a salon manager at Trio Salon, where for roughly ten years she built up the clientele and led the staff. She joined Novachis Salon as salon manager in 2015. In 2016 she received a competitive scholarship toward a cosmetology license. She also completed advanced training as an apprentice to Amy Novachis. She keeps up with continuing education, enjoys collaborative cut and color projects, and aims to give every guest a personalized salon experience.
