The color menu runs from a semi-permanent gloss, starting at $78, through single process color starting at $90, traditional and modern highlights, balayage, and dimensional highlights starting at $227. Placement highlights come in full, partial and mini versions, and color correction is offered after a consultation. First-time color clients are asked to book a consultation so they can be matched with a stylist and service. Booking two to four weeks ahead is recommended, especially for color or a preferred stylist.

Haircut options include a new-client cut that begins with a consultation, a cut for existing clients, a transformation cut for major length changes or new looks, and barber cuts for short styles, fades, tapers and clipper work. Bang trims and barber clean-ups are also listed among the haircut services.

Pricing is based on time, product use and service complexity rather than gender, and prices vary by stylist. The base package price may change if more color, time or treatments are needed. A 50% deposit secures new color or specialty appointments and is applied to the final total; it is refundable with at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments canceled within 24 hours are charged 50 to 100% of the service total, same-day cancellations are charged 50%, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged 100%.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair worn down, without ponytails, braids or hats. Redo adjustments are free if requested within seven days with the same stylist, when they refine the original service without changing the agreed plan. Unopened, unused retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, while sale and clearance items are final sale. Used products can be exchanged for store credit only.
