Each visit begins with a conversation about the client's style and lifestyle, and the studio offers options before a manicure or pedicure is chosen. Manicures and pedicures are done with an e-file rather than soaking, and the e-file is also used to refine cuticles and sidewalls. Single-use tools are used for each guest where possible, and reusable instruments go through four-stage autoclave sterilization. The studio says its pedicure services are aesthetic rather than medical, and clients with medical concerns are directed to a healthcare professional.

The studio uses Akzentz, Staleks and Gehwol products and offers more than 1,000 gel polish colors. Its products are HEMA-free, and it does not use acrylics or harsh acetone. Nail extensions are built with gels and polygels only, without glue. The studio also offers a Pedicure for Complicated Feet service for severe dryness, rough skin and cracked heels, a paramedic pedicure consultation, and titanium braces for toenail growth. The studio says it serves over 4,000 clients a year and that 98% of clients return after their first visit.

Booking is online or by phone and asks for a service, a technician, a time and a client profile with card details. Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, and cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are not charged; later cancellations are charged the full service fee. Guests, pets and children under 10 are not allowed, except service animals. A 3-day warranty applies to all services from the appointment date, with a free touch-up or maintenance for issues raised in that window. Gift cards are available, with the buyer choosing the amount.
